Nat'l/Regional Project Manager for American Technologies Inc. (ATI)

Responsibilities include:

· Work with ATI management to identify and set up a new commercial sales and large loss satellite office. Markets under consideration are Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Miami, New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia and Washington DC. The National/Regional Project Manager must reside in the selected market.

· Initiate and lead all marketing and sales efforts including cold calls, attending and participating in industry events and conferences, and building relations throughout the new region.

· Project management of commercial jobs (regional and large loss) that have been generated from the new office. Specific duties include estimating, customer communications, project coordination, billing and collection, and overseeing project execution including management of in-house personnel and resources as well as sub-contractors.

· Must achieve an annual sales goal of $2 million minimum.

· As sales goals and objectives are achieved, the National/Regional Project Manager will work with ATI management to expand the satellite office into a full-service operation with large loss, commercial, industrial and residential restoration capabilities.

· This position will require extensive travel, up to 60% depending on the season.

Preferred Education and Capabilities

Candidates who possess the following will be given priority consideration:

· Minimum of four-year Bachelor's degree (mandatory).

· Ability to read and interpret blue prints, engineering and structural plans.

· Thorough understanding of job costs, profit margins and expenses.

· Knowledge of Xactimate, Xactimate certification and estimating

· Certified with key industry associations such as:

o IICRC - WRT

o IICRC - ASD

o IICRC - OCT

o IICRC - FSRT

o IAQA - CMR or CMS/S or IICRC - AMRT

o Asbestos/Lead Certifications

o Xactimate Certification

o RIA Certifications - CR, WLS, CMP

o NADCA Certifications

Preferred Professional and Project Experience

· Minimum of 10 years in the restoration business with at least 5 years' experience in handling large losses or catastrophic claims.

· Reconstruction jobs of $1 million +

· Emergency service jobs of $500,000+

· Restoration (water damage, fire damage, electronics, documents, structural drying)

· Contents/cleaning jobs of $250,000+

· Remediation (mold, asbestos, biohazard) of $250,000+

· Previous restoration experience should include at least 75% commercial work.

· Priority consideration will be given to candidates who have previously held management positions such as senior, national

or regional project manager; project director; or operations, branch, regional or business development manager.

National Restoration Superintendent for American Technologies Inc. (ATI)

Responsibilities include:

· Work with ATI operations, sales, marketing and management to operationally manager restoration projects following fire or water damage, mold, hurricanes, tornado's and other natural disasters.

· Manage multiple supervisors that come from different ATI branch locations and provide overall operationally guidance and supervisor to complete the project at hand.

· You must be willing to travel at the drop of a dime. This position will be paid a year's worth of pay by only working 6-9 months out of the year, as the projects arise within the company.

· As a Restoration Superintendent, you must have at least 5 years experience in the restoration business managing commercial restoration projects.

· This person can reside anywhere in the United States.

· Previous restoration experience should include at least 75% commercial work.

· Priority consideration will be given to candidates who have previously held positions such as senior, national or regional project manager; project director; operations manager, project superintendent, project coordinator, project director, restoration supervisor, foreman, etc.

· Must have experience managing over 200 employees on a given project (can include employees and temporary workers)
